The United War Veterans Council presented Moretto with a flag that was flown over Ground Zero, as well as an award certificate for his service Previous VFW Post 2348 Commander, Mike Mehltretter, and Previous Quartermaster Timothy Irish,carefully handling the American flag and certificate for Rocco Moretto.
